Around six-months ago I paid US$11.95 shipping & Handling fee to receive a "free" CD from Anonymous Adams and Justine Blake Income Accelerator.  In their very long sales letter they claimed that this CD discloses new and interesting facts about internet marketing.



Also in the small print, that I failed to read, it stated that unless I cancelled I would be billed US$97 each month to receive further CD's.



After a couple of months of being billed $97 I attempted to contact them and cancel but was unable to find contact details (since added to their site).



I attempted to contact them by the given phone number after I found it but their so-called help line is open from 8am till 4pm eastern standard time.  The middle of the night over here in Australia.



I contacted my bank and alerted them to the situation and they have tried for weeks to contact these people to enable a cancellation of payment.  They were unsuccessful but they did find me an email address that I sent to but have received no reply from.  (Just like you receive no reply after leaving details on their answer machine.)



The product they sell is garbage that could be produced by anybody with a couple of weeks internet marketing experience.



Please do not give these people your credit card details because they are untrustworthy and will abuse the privilege you have passed to them.  They also have the "Honest e Online" symbol on their website and I leave you to judge how honest they are.



My situation is that they are failing to respond to all attempts to contact them and I, or my credit card provider, cannot get them to cease taking money from my card.



This case has been reported to government officials over here in Australia and it is believed they will eventually take the matter up with their US counterparts.  In the meantime I am still paying US$97 each month for garbage.
