Incomm is trying to rip me off. I can't tell if it is incompetence or premeditated fraud. I had a return from Sears applied back to a pre-paid card. Incomm has decided for some reason that they don't believe this is my refund even though they have confirmation from Sears and documentation proving it. Their customer service representatives have no ability to actually help you and when you push for resolution your calls get "accidentally" disconnected. They have been holding my money for close to three months. Disgusting and unethical.
