Recommended by SCORE (www.score.org) advisers, who, based on this advice, I also do not recommend at all. SCORE is a quasi geovernment agency that lends credence to their advice - mistake.
Incorp is understaffed and hard to reach. When you do, they seem nice as they railroad you into charges to set up paperwork you can more easlily fill out than their forms to gather the same information are.They upcharge you to "expedite " paperwork, which is actually much faster when you do it yourself, which I tried to do when they delayed things so much it caused me to lose my first contract. Then the paperwork as "in-process" so could not be changed, they said. Another scam trick.
Their system is designed to obscure a relatively simple set of forms to set up a business. They only process the forms if you sign them up as a registered agent, which carries a recurring $100 charge for absolutely nothing whatsoever. Their reminders of mandatory paperwork come behind the state and federal notices and lack sufficinet information to be helpful, so those are also worthless. The government notices have the required information that is easy to use.
Do NOT do business with them. Obscuring simple processes is not service. It is a scam, plain and simple.
