In 2006 I used InCorp Services as a Registered Agent for a newly formed Corporation. The Corporation was dissolved a year later. I notified InCorp multiple times by email and phone, since 2007, but they continue to bill me. I just received a new bill today (May 21, 2015) for services for this year for a Corporation that was dissolved over 8 years ago. It does not matter how many times I call or email them. Every year they send me a new bill for current year, and they also bill me for all previous years.
I would avoid dealing with this company. I don't know if they don't know what they are doing, or if this billing practice is intentional to try and collect whatever they can. Either way, they are too much of a hassle to deal with. I have never had so much trouble with any company before.
Find another company to act as your registered agent, or (in some states) you can appoint yourself to be your registered agent.
