OHMIGOSH, I TOO am a disgruntled, manipulated customer.

I used IncrediMail for a few years (the OLD program) and then started having fewer enhsncements to choose from, so I thought I'd upgrade to Premium for a "LIFETIME CONTRACT" for $19.95. Cheap enough, I thought. I like the program and the upgrade would only be beneficial. BIG MISTAKE.

When I got the premium 'code', I was instructed to delete the current program; the one that was running JUST FINE; the one with NO friggin problems. AND I DID!!!!!!

I had NOTHING but problems thereafter. A Babylon ad would pop up (also provided by IncrediMail) and when I tried to close it my computer would go HAYWIRE!! The page would enlarge and shrink to the point where I could not read it.

When I tried to delete the program in my add/delete folder, the loaded programs would scroll, all by themselves so rapidly it was impossible to delete. I had my son in law (who is a lawyer) delete the stuff.

I would beg borrow or steal (no, not steal) to get the old program back - it was GREAT!

I have repeatedly corresponded with a tech regarding my difficulties....I make a complaint about my sending/receiving problems and I ALWAYS get a suggestion that DOES NOT WORK.  Maybe it's me, maybe it's them.  Not quite sure.  I"m/We're TRYING.....
