Incredimail Pay And Pay Again Policies Ripping Off Paying Customers ripoff company should be called Incredimoney ripoff Internet
I purchased Incredimail, bought a license so I could get "Premium Features." Now Incredimail has decided to take that privilege away by creating a new "Incredimail Gold" that is basically what "Incredimail Premium" used to be.
Many premium benefits, such as extra letters and mail notifyers have been removed from the premium selections and placed into the Gold, and the selections for "premium" members has shrunk to a pitifully small amount.
I'm angry that I paid for the premium version of Incredimail and am now being asked to pay again to have the same benefits I used to have. "Some" of the benefits remain, but not enough to convince me that my money was well spent.
I'm disappointed in Incredimail for doing this to their paying customers. Where are our premium benefits?
