I purchased BizTools Pro Individual Software, Inc at Staples. Attempted to install on several different PC's, Windows 7 Professional & Windows 8.1. Not only is the product missing the files advertised on the package, the software does not work.
In accordance with their "guarantee" I sent an email to their support team within 30 days. They replied ensuring they will send an updated version and would need a copy of my purchase receipt which I sent back August 2, 2015 with the necessary information.
I heard no response and after sending 3 emails requesting status still received no response. I phoned them directly and spoke with customer service. I was told the ticket # was in process and a new version would be mailed to the address submitted with the ticket.
It is nearing October and I paid for my purchase in July. I feel like I am trying to collect money I lent out and still waiting for that "check in the mail." Ridiculous! I am taking my complaint to social media to warn consumers and filing a complaint with BBB.
Their track record as noted on BBB has customers citing a similar experience.
