Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
Its just a photo studio!!!!

They are the people who talk you into getting their business from scape -goats like us. They dont tell the truth and play with our children emotions. They made us sign the contract without pointing out the cancellation policy, walking us thru the contract so fast that we dont doubt them a bit.

Finally they trap you and make you feel helpless. Total mental torture. I want to sue them. I have put a stop payment on my transaction and plan to get a lawyer to get their ***.

Please people out there do not even think of stepping into their office. Dont even try to. They are rude over the phone. Ripping off people.

We have been going back on forth to cancel our shoot and they refuse to!! Any one who can share their experience of how to get our money back from them will be of great help.

Why doesnt anyone shut them down since so many complaints have been lodged against them...

There is a way to get your money back. By law, no company can keep your money if you've paid them and they've never committed a service. For example, and this is my case at the moment but me and my mother are about to sue the company. We paid $1000 for their package but within 24 hours we called them back to cancel. All they could say was did you read the contract. However if you refused and never got the pictures taken for their "comp card" than the service they were given money for was never completed. Meaning the money is still rightfully yours, which i learned recently by taking business and accounting classes. You can file a claim at the small claims court. I strongly suggest looking into it, you may not even have to pay for a lawyer. Hope i helped. - Jordan
