Ines and Bill: BEWARE of these SCAMMERS!!!
These two scammers place a Craigslist ad in share rentals...they say quite room and "no smoking" but as soon as you pay them your rent they will make as much noise as possible late at night pretending to be fighting (and the boyfriend "Bill" is slapping Ines around) when you've just fallen asleep . They also smoke pot and cigarettes in the house on a daily bases. They make it so uncomfortable that anyone living there would need to leave their house ASAP (which is what they want so they then can scam someone else). Also, any deposit money that you give to these two scammers you will never see again.

Keep lying scammer. The amount you owe me is $350.00, you said "I promise to pay it back next month (the following month after I left) because you and Bill were broke." Ok so I gave you an extra month but no response and no reply, no reply to my text then or the following month after that. Harrasement? LOL, I was trying to contact you to get my money back and you know that...LIAR. SCAMMER.

First Me and my boyfriend don't rip people off we actually are really nice people who decided to rent a room until Matthew chew gave us a bad taste in our mouth. He lied about having a job laid on my couch for hole month doing nothing sitting in his underwear hacking and spitting in my kitchen sink took over my whole downstairs to a point where we were not comfortable in our own home. He bargain in our room one night while we in bed said he heard something that was so inappropriate also in his underware which was very upsetting started a fight with my boyfriend who does that. This guy don't rent too he has been stalking me and texting me harassing me this has been a nightmare. We have re rent the rooom and had our Roomate for 5 months now and has no problem living here with us . We don't rip people off actually we were nice enough to give half the deposit back which was only $300 dollars . We kept half for the fact we had a contract that he violated so everything was done legal and correct. Please stay clear of Matthew Chew he is a bum with no job and stalks women very scary and creepy.
