I just got a notice from InfiBank too. They are raising my rates claiming it's because of the economic down turn. They claim I can refuse the new rate change by sending them a letter with my account number and name stating I am refusing their greed. Funny how valued customers all of the sudden turn into worthless parasite when a credit card company wants to stick it to them. I'll be sending my letter registered mail so I'll know they received it in time.
