Infiniti Motor Infiniti dealership service centers will rip you, and gut you like a fish ripoff Phoenix, Arizona
I own a Infiniti QX 4 with 39,000 miles on it and it is garaged and as clean as the day it was purchased. However every time I go to the Infiniti dealership for required service or any other service I can't leave without a $1000+ bill.
It is just disgusting, Scottsdale Infiniti charged me for turning rotors just three thousand miles prior. Then the squealing starts and Midway Infiniti tells me I need strutts and new brakes another $1600.
I started to put my bills together and I began to realize they are a big rip-off. I call the western rep for Infiniti and explained the bills to him and he informed me "I could take my money somewhere else."
So much for customer loyalty. My fault I guess I bought 4 Infiniti's I expected some customer loyalty.
But $1,600.00 later when they completed the brake job and strutts, the car still has no brakes. How does that work??? I went back to the dealership and the service manager told me " The brakes are not supposed to stop on a dime, it takes weeks for brakes to work themselves in." What??
Infiniti does not give a hoot and take some advice.
