Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I will make this complaint as brief as I can because I feel as though I have already spent so many valuable minutes of my life on and at this dealership, time that I wont get back. Basically my Mercedes CLK320 broke down exactly 30 days to the date of purchase from Infiniti Of Tampa. I immediately took the car in for service on the next business day, and they immediately did not want to service the car. They recommened me over to Mercedes Of Tampa which is right next door.

The car had not been on the Mercedes lot 10 mins before they discovered two oil leaks. This is aside from the issue that I originally took the vehicle in for, which was a broken gear shift that just went right out on me as Im driving. Mercedes contacted the warranty company which is thru Nissan, and they denied the claims. Stating the damage to the car was pre existing.  So after doing the do-si-do at the rodeo with my sales person AARON- YES YOU ARRON. HI, I could see that this was shaping up to be one of the most horrific experiences of my life.

They basically could not find the service records to the car to confirm my suspicions that they had already knew about the oil leaks(yes plural TWO OF THEM). I contacted the bank, who is next on my complaint list, and they advised me I could cancel the loan since I had not made a 1st payment.  I told them I would think about it and called them back approx 5 days later where their rep assured me the acccount had been canceled and that it would not reflect my credit. But that is another story, back to Infiniti of Tampa.

I have sent several emails asking for my downpayment to be returned, left several phone messages with JAY FREIDLAND, only to get absolutely no response. Crickets. I went in since its quite obvious I was being ignored, and that is when I discovered that the loan was still active. Jay told me he would check into it and call me back, well that was on Friday, and today 1/10/12 , still no response. In closing, this is not the type of service I would expect to get from Infiniti, whom I thought prided themselves on  integrity and greatness. Unfortunatley, to my dismay, it is only a name, and nothing more.

Treating customers as if they are subhuman after you just got their business is sickening. I have had multiple migraines since this incident and hope that it is resolved soon before more time out of my life is taken. By the way, the car is still at the dealership. Jay said it was fixed, but did not say what was fixed, nor did he say anything about taking it.  I dropped the car off to them on the 23rd of December advising them the loan had been canceled, now if the loan had not been canceled, I would think either the dealer or the bank should have alerted me to this fact.

Just poor service all the way around. Certainly not what I expected from them.  Its a shame I have to vent my frustrations on the internet instead of with the company, but are ignoring me. If this complaint should reach them, I think I may be open to resolving this issue once and for all.
