After calling and speaking to a misinformed and ill knowledge service staff member. I asked to be transferred to the service manager after explaining my situation how as soon I got my car back. I drove off the lot then, as I got on the freeway on ramp from Westlake blvd on the U.S. 101s my right front wheel well cover blew off and my left one was dragging and scraping on the floor and I had wires hanging and rubbing against the exposed right front tire. (Thankfully the person behind me was nice and didn't want to take down my insurance info) the more then rude service manager decided to hang up on me after I called her sweetie. I filed a complaint with Infiniti consumer affairs, and requested for the parts to be paid for which are approximately $109 ea and roughly $150 for the labor on each side; to my dismay it was denied.

Resolution Sought

I own over $600k in vehicles in my own name. Two vehicles of which totaling $137,000 are Infiniti vehicles. Never in my life have I been treated with such poor service and Customer Service. This dealership is not a danger to its customers but also to other people on the road. I'm not asking for a class action law suit here. I simply would like to have my vehicle restored to the condition it was in before the oil change, is that so much to ask?

1) I never asked them to remove the zip ties

2) after doing so dont you think that , that is something worth mentioning to the coustomer ESPECIALLY if you dont put them back on!

3) people do things to their car for a reason..parts dont just magically appear and dissapear they didnt get there origionally by accident

4) I paid cash to miller infinity in van nuys...so I wouldnt have to see the service manager at thousand oaks infiniti or their uncompromising and ill trained staff.

5) There was no "good bye" just simply hung up on me, and quite frankly her tone, and condesending demeannor with me was unnacceptable and uncalled for.

6) Don't even try to justify a hang up after being called "sweety"

7) The customer is always right

8) Your a manager for god sake...shouldn't you be setting an example for your employees i was happier with the ill knowledged service adviser at least she didnt yell and scream at me and slam the phone down in my face ,if this is the "management" I really am dissapointed.

9)Have some manners, some respect, its ok to be wrong everyone makes mistakes....mine was coming to thousand oaks infiniti. giving up 3 days of my time and hundreads of dollars in repairs and time and labor.
