On 04/24/2014, my personal vehicle was hit by a party that was insured by Infinity Insurance. Not having been in many accidents before, I went ahead and called the claims department for Infinity Insurance and was assigned an adjuster by the name of Sandra Juarez at (866) 206-0115 x 4143.

As expected, I handed over all information including police report number and pictures from the incident proving that I was not at fault for the accident. Once they received everything, this is where the deception started and the beginnings of a nightmare with Infinity Insurance.

The vehicle was initially inspected by Precise Auto Body - a body shop chosen by Infinity Insurance. They wrote that the repairs should estimate about 9-11 days according to their inspection (which isn't a thorough strip down). Upon inspection by personal body shop, the work had additional expenses and supplements that needed to be approved. The body shop I chose to work with deals only with Lexus and Toyota vehicles and are quite known in the industry. So trusting them with my other vehicles in the past, I go and take it ot my shop of choice.

From there, Infinity Insurance chose to cover Like-New Quality parts most likely due to the age of the vehicle. However, they forgot to think that these types of parts take a bit of time to get since they were actually scattered all over the country and we were waiting on parts to arrive before doing a full teardown - just like any other quality shop would do.

And now, since the work in complete, I send over my rental car invoice which has 29 days billed on it. I get a call from Ms. Sandra Juarez with a very rude tone saying that I can fight it if I want but there's no way Infinity Insurance will cover anything more. I was very upset because she didn't make contact with the shop or myself to even ask why the repairs took so long. It was mostly Infinity's choice on how to go about the repairs that caused all these delays. And now, they're trying to weasel out of paying me hundreds of dollars in rental car fees.

This is a very crooked company and not once did our claims adjuster - Sandra Juarez - mention any of these prior to me getting a rental car agreement. It looks like now I'll be forced to go with legal help and frankly it's sad that Infinity Insurance is pushing policies like this.
