Info-Net Products - Free To Air TV ripoff Descramblers Failed to provide a refund for equipment returned under warranty Prescott Arizona
I originally ordered a Scientific Atlanta Explorer box from this company and they did fulfill the order, however the unit sent was damaged and defective, would not power up. The SA unit was returned and in it's place they supplied a Motorola DCT box which failed to perform as advertised. I contacted them and they said to return the unit and a refund would be made for the purchase price. So far a month has gone by since they receive my return and they haven't refunded my money nor have they responded to my many e-mails demanding that they do. Steer clear of these scammers!!!
