Don't believe anything these crooks say, more and more people will be reporting after exhausting all trying to get refund, I too was ripped off, and it has nothing to do with decrambler without notifying cable company as this last post from JD states. I went through it all, even had Time Warner come out to activate with card, but unit was so old they did not support it, contrary to what I was told on phone that it would work with Time Warner. Again, total fraud, they like to make it sound like the buyer is the crook when they know darn well how they are promoting it, don't do buisness with these crooks or you too will lose your money for they are selling units manufactured in 2002, totally outdated, and of poor quality to boot no matter what they claim, pure garbage.

Info Net Products has been in business for going on six years, now. We have our units everywhere in the United States. We gaurentee our units to work, and they do. It is people like these that file complaints against our company, because they could not get free cable television with our units. The digital cable units that we sell require the customer to contact their cable company to have the units authorized, and to pay for the programming that they recieve. Our warranties state that any UNAUTHORIZED use, which means not calling your cable company, will void all warranties. It also states on our website, http://www.inphome.com that if you have no intention of calling your cable company, to not order our products. We have thousands of units across the United States that the customer had gotten legally authorized, and is using them, happily. Most of our employees, here, own one of our units, and they love them. People who file "reports" or "complaints" like this hide behind nothing but an Email address, or a city, because they tried to steal cable television, while the rest of us have to pay our bills. They couldn't do it, so they file something like this. Have no pity for thieves. They do not deserve it.

Avoid doing business with Info Net Products, (aka INPHome Products, and Free to Air TV Descramblers)! You will receive defective equipment (if you receive anything at all) and returning equipment and receiving a refund is nearly impossible.
