You'll just pay for a list of survey sites which all actually are FREE to sign up for. The surveys won't meet your expectations of earnings of:
$10 - $300 Per Online Survey
$50 - $300 Per Hour For Online Focus Groups
$4 - $25 Per Hour For Previewing Movie Trailers

I can't even join most of the sites listed because I live in Sweden.
