Inna Victoria Louvella Offer of Free Trial and later they came and charge for it. The Free Trial was returned intact but the money has yet to be refunded. St. Petersburg Florida
I was offered a Free trial of Beauty product if I would pay for the shipping. I received the product but was then later billed $177.90 dlls. (plus the shipping) the cost of a full order not just the sample size. I returned the product unopened, however my money has not been refunded. I have not encounterd a way to contact the company as they do not respond the e-mails or answer the phone number.
