Innerspace Luxury Impression Mattress Warranty is BOGUS Dalton Georgia
I purchased a Luxury Innerspace Mattress last June 07 and thought it was ok. Then my partner moved in and we discovered the QUEEN size mattress does not support 2 people. It sinks in the middle and causes back pain and sleepless nights.
So, I contacted Innerspace Mattress and they said to take pictures since it would cost alot to send back. We took pictures that clearly showed the bed sinking in with no support. I mailed the pictures and got a response: " The mattress is supposed to conform to your body and that the pictures did not show any fault with the mattress. I was pissed. I paid a chiropractor to keep fixing my back. I filed a report with the BBB and kept getting the run around. I contacted Home Shopping Network to let them know what was going on and was not happy they sold me a defected mattress. I contacted UPS to get a quote how much to send the mattress back. $521.23 was the quote, more than I paid for the mattress!
Here's the kicker folks! You don't see the warranty until the mattress is delivered which states that I have to pay to send it back...so basically your screwed! But, I just found out yesterday after calling HSN that after all my efforts and since Innerspace has not worked with me they are going to refund my money if I show documentation that I donated the mattress to a shelter or charity. Thank God, HSN has great customer service and business ethics. Basically it comes down to this; Innerspace Mattress care only for profits and not their customers.
