innerthrive, LLC RK Burn Plus False Advertising for RK Burn atlanta Georgia
I went online on June 28th and decided to order their product, I changed my mind once I saw the prices. In order to find out the pricing, you must fill in your name, address, contact information etc., so I closed the site. About 30 minutes later a rep from the company called and asked why I did not buy their product and I told him it was too expensive, he declared that he could offer me a lower price, basically a two for one special at a reduced amount, not advertised, so I oredered it. It took the rep 30 minutes to process my order as he could not process the information correctly. Every time he would reread what I gave him to insure correctness. Anway, about 13 days later, I called and asked where my order was, as I was told it would ship within 24 hours. Of course they had all the incorrect information, so it was returned. I ordered it again on July 10th, and still have not received anything, I know, stupid to try again. I called and this time I wrote down the name of Sean (employee #6774) and he told me it was shipping today (lie...lie...lie), he claimed the reason it had not shipped is because of the popularity and success of the product. Yeah right! I was told on the 10th that it would ship within 24 hours, as I was told the very first time. I asked to speak to a manager and asked for a name, Ms. Frank, of course she was too busy writing and processing orders and could not speak with me (again, lie...lie...lie). Beware, they do not do as they say. My guess is they don't have the product ready to be shipped, but claim its success is the reason why. Anyway, bad experience and a word to the wise, I wish I had read the reviews before I went through the headache. Bad customer service!!
