IMS has worked with this customer at great length to ensure that this problem was taken care of. As mentioned previously we were waiting for some information and documentation from the business owner in order to resolve this matter. Upon speaking with our president, he agreed to provide those items previously sought. Immediately after receiving them the issue was wrapped up and the funds were transmitted to the merchant. It is very important to note that in these cases not only cooperation with the card issuing bank is important, but also with the merchant. IMS holds funds based on requirements of credit card associations and the due diligence that must be performed. It is NOT an intentional action used to alienate customers. It's obvious that this would be counter productive to the quality customer service that we strive to provide our customers at every level. We are disappointed that this problem had to go to this extent, but we are fortunate that the merchant cooperated and allowed us the opportunity to resolve it. We thank the merchant for his efforts and time.
