Inphonic Wire-Fly rip-off! Dishonest, no customer service, fradulent billing! Washington District of Columbia
Ordered 2 phones from Wire-Fly (one new #, one transfer #). The phones show up with 2 new #'s. Called Customer Support and was told to contact carrier (Nextel) to do the switch to an existing number. 30 days later was automatically billed $150 for "cancelling" the new #.
Called "Collections" and was told that they couldn't do anything. Called Customer Support was told that I needed to call Collections. Back - n - Forth for 2 weeks, I asked both departments to speak to a supervisor. Was told that there 1) was none, and 2) that they were busy and would call me back. Never happened... I have disputed the charge on my credit card.
