As hard as I find it to believe I finally received 2 checks from Wirefly totalling $300. It's been over 6 months, dozens of e-mails, several letters and complaints to this website and Consumeraffair.com. In this case I'm positive it was persistance that resulted in the checks finally arriving. I had no doubt in my mind that we had followed their instructions to the letter and we were due the money. They eventually claimed that their rebate process had a major problem. I'll say. I'll have to see a lot of positive reports on them before I ever put myself through this again!
