INPHONIC bait and switch-deceptive practices -nation Wide New Jersey

two years ago I observed a pop up for a "Free phone", as i beagn to navigate the offer they ask for name etc, when I got to the contratc I declined and exited out.

Guess what the phone arrived UPS and I sent it back and now comes the collection agency s****..
