I answered this rebuttal two weeks ago, and I still haven't gotten a response from this company. No one has followed up and gotten back to me. I hope the same rude guys I talked to on the phone to try to straighten this out in the first place are not the ones who are supposed to follow up. If so, I won't hold my breath. I would like to know the name of this person who is supposed to "personally" investigate the situation. What's to investigate anyway?? I recieved something that I didn't order, and am being charged for something I didn't ask for or want. It's that simple!!!
