After reading many of these postings, it seems as if I am not alone in this B.S. of rebates. I purchased 2 Motorola Razor V3 phones back in August, activated them with T-Mobile and was promised and assured of a $180 rebate on each phone. I would therefore receive a total of rebates in the amount of $360.

I followed all necessary documents and information needed and sent everything in time and on time. It first took them 2 months to indicate that they actually received the "package" of materials and then, as now and as of 3/21/06, I get the same d**n answer from their automated service and their online service - both which simply indicate they have "received my rebate submission and are processing it" ! MY AS*!! I have e-mailed them on 3 occasions as to where my rebate is and always get the same response too. There have been an enormous amount of rebates and it will take a little longer.

How many company's do you know that do not list ONE SINGLE PHONE NUMBER on their website? Just Directions and Addresses. Give me a break, huh? The saddest thing is that their supposed "high tech call center" is located within 20 miles of my home. I should probably just storm the building in order to get their attention.

Complete fraud and misrepresentation and we should 100% file a lawsuit against these clowns.

Let's Get Em!!

Rebate forms still processing

Hello David, I apologize for the frustration and long wait. But unless you receive a notification that your rebates were denied, all it means is that your rebates are like the site says still "processing." I realize that it takes a long time between submittal and when you receive the check. We are working on clearing the backlog of checks to be processed. In the meantime, if you send me an email that includes your order number, I can see if I can give you a more specific status update on your application. Hopefully I'll even be able to tell you when the check will be cut. Send me an email at [email protected]. Thanks for your continued patience, Jennifer B. Office of the President InPhonic
