Instaloan Charging an illegal interest rate in Florida, over 30% Miami Florida

Hi, my wife and I took out a title loan through instaloan over six months ago, out of desperation. Needless to say the loan was for $1500 and we still owe over $1700, and are being charged above the legal interest cap of 30% in the state of Florida. We did not know this was an impossible loan to repay and are looking for any help that we can get, as the $275 monthly payment; which does nothing to the balance, has become a burden on us. The plan was to pay this small amount back in a timely fashion, but the balance never goes down and we can't afford to pay more than our payment just to stay in good standing. If you could please lead me into a direction of advice or help, it would be appreciated more than you could imagine. Thank you for your time and concern! Brent J. P,
