Instant Imprints RIPOFF franchise Internet
I spoke to Brian Klein At Instant Imprints. It was back in 2001. I was thinking about joining up and starting my own franchise. Basically he told me that I could make about $300,000+ a year. I had to invest $200,000 WOW but I took out a bank loan in 2002 and bought into the franchise.
First I was working with Claire Kats for support. I felt she had no business sense, so I started talking to William MacQuoid, even less help, and took at least 24 hours to answer every email I sent off. The training was a complete joke, stuff I could have read in a book.
Then I was turned over to Gene Reviere, the director of training. I told him the problems I was having and he gave me the run around for about 2 months. Go run your business and don't bother me for 2 weeks, Email you support person, Other people are making money, you should be too
Elena Andreeva is the store opening Coordinator. I spoke to her a little, but there was no help. I was trained poorly, so there was no way I could have run this business correctly.
Gene Reviere finally bumped me to John Canchola Vice president of Administration. After waiting for a call back and playing phone tag I spoke to him. Aiored my complaints. Then he put me back in training for about 3 more weeks.
I could tell by now this was a joke, and a total scam. I asked John Canchola for my money back. I was willing to submit $1000 for the training, not that it was worth it, but I wanted to make it fair for everyone. Clean break. I signed a form for a refund, then they reneged. They told me they did not have the money to pay me. Offered me HALF of what I was promised.
Now I have to talk to my lawyer about this. I need help. Anyone have any ideas.
The president & Ceo is Lev Kats. He must be the head scam artist.

This person is obviously a competitor. Most of the facts stated above are in error. We only began franchising in 2002 and Mr. Klein only joined us in late 2003. Most of the other people mentioned are also new additions to our staff, many in 2004. All have their titles and backgrounds listed on our web site - giving anyone with a browser acces to the public information. Also, we don't currently and have never had a store on Staten Island, or in the New York City metro area. This is completely slanderous. I don't know how many other reports are mere competitors, disgruntled employees, or even extortion attempts. This site should not be taken too seriously in this regard. Any lawsuits would be of public record. A claim this egregious would likely have ended up in court years ago if there were any truth to it.
