   They lured me in  i just lost my job of 8 years and have 5 children i got a pre tax loan to pay a late light bill . i was told i can get $ 1,000 and i got $200. when 1/15/10 came i was called and told they can file my taxes with no w2 today. so i went in and filed a week later when my w2 came i called and they said they don't need it.when the 29th came i hadn't heard anything so i call instant tax service . i left my number 3 times and got no call back . the next time they lady got smart and said call the irs. so i called the irs they said my return was submited 3 times in 4 days . and was rejected because thet didn' have my w2 . I was then told by the irs that they will have 2 send me a letter and after i get it i will have to mail in my w2 . and now i have to wait 6 to 8 weeks.well it's 4/30/10 and i still have got no letter ? i got a tax advocate a month ago he is assisting me in getting my return it was deposited in santa barbara bank 2 days ago they said all i need is instant tax service to print it up . well they are now closed for the season . i have called and all there numbers are automated . nobody has called me back yet..I payed these people $ 400 dollars for a return now santa barbara said if i can't get ahold of them they will have to mail a form to fill out and mail back to them so they can mail me my refund . this is ridiculous. i will NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. After 3 1/2 months of waiting a printer sets less than a mile that can print my refund check  and instant tax service is a ghost town . THIS IS $ 400 DOLLARS I SHOULD HAVE NEVER SPENT . They told me the fee's will be the same.

Sir...

Please accept our apologies that your requests for information were not answered as you had hoped.  We are extremely busy in January and February, and I can only guess that your phone number was misplaced.

Our apologies that the bank did not approve you for a loan of $1000 in January, and instead only approved you for a lesser amount.  That was a bank decision on your loan application, not a decision made by Instant Tax Service.

Your tax return was filed only one time by Instant Tax Service, and was not approved with Instant Tax Service as the return had already been transmitted by another efile provider.  Apparently that other company/website is who transmitted the return multiple times, and they received the approval on the return.  For this reason, Instant Tax Service had no information regarding your return until we received your funds, which we were not expecting to receive.  The funds became available on Friday 4/30, we printed your check for you, and you had your check in hand on Tuesday 5/4.
