Please accept our apologies that your requests for information were not answered as you had hoped. We are extremely busy in January and February, and I can only guess that your phone number was misplaced.
Our apologies that the bank did not approve you for a loan of $1000 in January, and instead only approved you for a lesser amount. That was a bank decision on your loan application, not a decision made by Instant Tax Service.
Your tax return was filed only one time by Instant Tax Service, and was not approved with Instant Tax Service as the return had already been transmitted by another efile provider. Apparently that other company/website is who transmitted the return multiple times, and they received the approval on the return. For this reason, Instant Tax Service had no information regarding your return until we received your funds, which we were not expecting to receive. The funds became available on Friday 4/30, we printed your check for you, and you had your check in hand on Tuesday 5/4.
