Instant Tax Service They lied, they knew they couldn't give you your loan back in 12-24 hrs!!!! Grand Prairie, Texas
I went to Instant Tax Service in Grand Prairie, Tx I took in my last pay check stub Dec 28th and was told I could get my refund in 12-24 hrs, now once my information was entered into the system I was then told I didn't qualify for the 12-24 hr loan so I could then try and get it in a week, called, called, called, called, callled finally someone anwsered the phone and said I didn't approve for the other loan, they didn't even ask my name....hmm, I thought how did you even know who I was? okay then was told to come in on the 29th of Jan to pick up my check. I called around 1PM and was told to come by around 5-9 to pick up my check. I got there at 4:45pm, the place was closed no one was there! I called, called and called only to go to voice mail. People started showing up until there were at least 100 people waiting on their returns. Find out we all were told different stories....So we started calling finally talk to Tamara Guy and DJ, both with different stories but together at their FtWorth, Tx location.. To make a long story short now some of us was told we would get our refund the following friday and some were told it would be mailed, others their children socials were entered wrong, the story goes onnnnnnn! THIS IS A SCAM and the IRS will soon catch up with them.....They offer INSTANT REFUNDS but know they can't give it to you so they tell you to keep calling back, One more thing they also don't tell you how much they will charge you for the service, only because If it's not in writing it's your word against theirs!!!!!!!
