I have utilized this company for four years and I never had this particular problem with getting my taxes back . I was not told that I would not receive my tax check through RAL I asked the preparer at the time of service would there be a problem with getting it back because I applied for the loan and only got approved for 100.00. The tax prepare stated that there would be no problem yet for the last week I have had nothing but problems. I received 1,000 from my tax check this week on or about Jan 18,2010 I called and the woman that I spoke with said be thankful the bank wasnt giving nothing out they decided because all of the complaints to give it because the IRS was not giving any information on customers this year. I listen to there commercial and I hear these promises that they are making people on the radio and on the television and I am appalled that they would run this false advertisement. Jan 20,2010 , I received $ 657.00 from the internal revenue deposited onto my card went to the store was in line and my card declined I told the woman no I just got a deposit before I left home run it again I was outraged I had no other money to pay these people for the food that my kids had eaten we were embarrassed a total stranger paid for our food which came up to $30.00. I called the internal revenue first and asked why did they take the money back they stated that this did not happen from them they sent my money to instant tax and they are the ones who took it back off the card with out letting me know in advance. I called instant tax and they stated they made a mistake yet they failed to inform anyone that they were taking the money off until the federal money came was released by the IRS so that they can get paid first. This is bad business and we should have been informed every step of the way I did look through my paper work nothing in it stated that RALs would not be offered this year and there commercial states that it would be offered this year. I took down the womans number that gave me the money for the food and I would like her to be paid and a written apology to my kids for embarrassing them in public I have teenagers and this was not fun for them or myself.
