Instant Tax Service Filed my taxes without my permission and now I have to file amendment!!!!!! Rockford, Illinois
I went to get a "holiday loan" in December 2011 from Instant Tax service. this place was so very unprofessional and ghetto. i should have known better but i decided to accept the measly $300 dollar loan against my taxes. I specifically asked if they were going to file my taxes before i came back with my actual W2s. They said NO! well, they did. i went to file my taxes online at Turbo tax because i did not want them doing them after i saw how they were when i went to get holiday loan. I was told by IRS that someone used my identity to file my taxes. i was in a panic for 2 days crying. i finally realized who did it. i went there and got very upset. the supervisor named Selina gave me the owners cell phone number. i contacted him and told him i was calling the police. he promised me to give me all of my money back and he would do my amendment for free. i still have yet to file my amendment because i am so busy. they have really disrupted my life with this. i am owed about 2000 bucks because they did not have all of my info or w2s when they automatically filed with my last pay stubs! THAT IS JUST WRONG! i am so angry with this place!
