As a former employee for these scammers. I can say truthfully now without having to worry about hetting fired is that Instantcheckmate is totally fraud!!! They ask you do you want a 5 day trial for $1.00 and if you dont read all of the "terms and conditions" they will then charge you a regular momthly fee for the rest of your life until you finally realize that you dont know what the hell instantcheckmate is and you finally call and find out that they were charging you for months or even years.
And the customer service rep will then offer to cancel the account so you are no longer charged. But what about all the other months and years you paid and never used the service or never go any results, because the information is all incomplete and wrong. Then they will ofger to refund you the last months charge. The ONLY way that they will refund you 100% of yout money is
(1) Call your bank/credit card company and dispute ALL charges (2.) Threaten to contact the Attorneys General. The reason the Customer service Rep doesnt want to refund you is because they hibe the employees bonuses for NOT refunding and fire the ones who feel bad for people being ripped off and refunds them there money. This company needs to be shut down ASAP!! DO NOT FALL FOR THERE SCAM. THEY HAVE NOMORE INFO ON SOMEONE THAT YOU COULDNT GET FROM GOOGLE. Its a trap to get your CC number to charge every month. I will answer anyones questions about this terrible place.
