short and to the point: Instantly Vivid is a ripoff. I saw their ad on facebook and it was for a "FREE TRIAL SIZE" so i ordered the face cream and the eye cream. Being ok with the $4.95 shipping and handling i ordered them. there was nothing in the ad or when ordering stating that i would get an auto shipment and be charged almost $90 per product!
NOW i am on the phone ON HOLD almost an HOUR and i will not hang up until i speak to someone and have this cancelled and will then proceed to call my bank and MAKE SURE they are not able to debit from my account again. bad advertising and bad customer service. Bad all around. My fault for not realizing that nothing in this world is "free".
