We bought 25 Cake stands for our wedding from this company. They were supposed to arrive 2 weeks before our wedding. The night they were supposed to arrive we recieved an email stating they were on back order for a long time. My question is why did they wait that long to tell us? Anyway we asked to cancel our items and to recieve a refund. The whole time we dealt with Leslie Moore in "Customer Care". After we talked to her the first time we found out that she never cancelled this transaction.

Called her again and she stated she will cancel again. Guess what, it never happened! We have to call her up again and she finally cancels the item and she states we will recieve are refund in two months. We called the Better Business Bureau and they stated it was illegal for them to do that. We decided to wait after our wedding before we challenge this company.

After our wedding we recieved an email stating that our money was refunded. That was funny we looked in our account and it was not their. We then contact Wells Fargo and they stated the company never refunded or attempted to refund the account. We call up customer care and Leslie Moore in "Customer Care" laughed and scolded my wife telling her she was pretty much stupid and the money was in her account. My wife then asks me to take the phone and Leslie Moore in "Customer Care" stated that the money would be in the account.

I stated it was not and she told me Banks are slow and I would recieve the money in a week! I have never known for a transaction to take two weeks! I gave her the benefit of the doubt. I then call Wells Fargo and tell them and they said that is not how it works. They then sent us to the Online Fraud department to submit all the information on this company that we could. They said we would get our money back but it would take 1 to 2 weeks to get our money and to file a claim against this company. We said, we can wait.

In the mean time we have called back the Better Business Bureau and have posted on the FBI internet fraud site. If anybody has the same problem and would like to start a lawsuit please get a hold of me. I have the time and the money. I will not let this happen to anybody else. The ower or the manager of this company hung up on my wife when she called. Before he hung up on her he could hear Leslie Moore laugh in the background.

I am currently trying to get a refund back on products that I did not receive. I ordered Nacho trays for a childrens fundraiser, I paid extra for expedited delivery however the products were not delivered. I called and was treated very rudely by Ashia in customer service. I then spoke with ALex Hunley (supposedly a manager), he told me he would ship the product overnite so I would have them in time for our event. Needless to say we never received them. I cancelled the order and requested a refund. Ashia told me it would take 2-3 billing cycles to receive my refund (NOT TRUE!). I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, however I feel that more should be done. Obviously they are in business to rip-off, so what can be done to shut them down?
