I am currently trying to get a refund back on products that I did not receive. I ordered Nacho trays for a childrens fundraiser, I paid extra for expedited delivery however the products were not delivered. I called and was treated very rudely by Ashia in customer service. I then spoke with ALex Hunley (supposedly a manager), he told me he would ship the product overnite so I would have them in time for our event. Needless to say we never received them. I cancelled the order and requested a refund. Ashia told me it would take 2-3 billing cycles to receive my refund (NOT TRUE!). I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, however I feel that more should be done. Obviously they are in business to rip-off, so what can be done to shut them down?
