Especially Instinct Marketing - Charles Houston Texas
I also am an ex-employee of Instinct Marketing. Anyone that sides with this company especially Charles is either getting perks or blind. I quit this job along time ago. But went back in to talk to Charles because I was thinking about going back, (i had no idea at the time of the interview that things had changed so badly) I worked there when things were ran by Jen and Scott. Charles talked to me and then shut the door to his office to call another girl (who me and her did not get along) to fire her here while I was in the room. He thought that this was funny and kept making jokes about her weight and breast. I called Alley (the girl that he called to fire her in front of me) to try to patch things up. She told me that she did not want to talk to me cause I hurt her???????? Have no idea what she meant but can only think that Charles started something there that is what he is good at. I never told her what happened seems she was listening to him more than me anyways. As far as the other supervisor there, Carissa, she has jumped on the Charles boat also. She has spread rumors about me and lots of others after they left Instinct Marketing. Mostly stuff that Charles tells her that is confidential, but she tells anyone that will listen in any bar that she finds an ear in. Most of the girls can not be trusted there because they see dollar signs and hang on the Charles, and that is just the way that he likes it.
There was a time when this company was ran by a wonderful woman and a gentleman. The way that one of the owners and the ex manager was treated is ridiculous. I am so happy that they are both doing great with this company pulling them down.

I to was an employee of Instinct Maketing, Thou I was shock but not surprise too see two report by ex-employee of the company, I also experience thesame thing when i was there 07-08, alot of underhanded things went on, I BROUGHT THE COMPANY IN OVER 25,000 and let's not mention what was not report by them(company). They had a way of giving your sells to someone they like or themselves,I know because it happen to me,this client went in and paid $2,000 a payment for the use of the service,just so happen i got the guy information again and called him his reply was that he had indeed came and spent $2,000,but i was told he did not show up they cover it up,I was giving the percentage off the 2,000.Another thing when CHARLES was fooling AROUND with this 18yr employee so she starting getting the sells and they other employees would'nt just a tripp, I work with alley, carrissa, danny(girl),liz,and christina who was fired why i don't know,lisa who quit because she figured out the rip-off,my sells had drop(hmm) and i was told that my job was not in danger this was told by charles,I started asking question about my sells next thing i get a call telling me i was FIRED so say the Client had a felony, what the hell that had to do with me, I ask, the client did he have any felonies he said no.Really that was just away off @@@@@@@@ me ot of my money because i had gotten two sells the week before and when i was fired did'nt see the percentage,which i was told it was charge back.I agree with angelica, and quin. TO ALL PEOPLE RUN FAST.
