I placed an internet order for a replacement mandolin tailpiece. Order was acknowledged, my credit card was billed and I was e-mailed acknowledgement along with an USPS shippment tracking number as follows

I cannot track my order as it appears to be nonexistant with USPS
Today is 5/20/10 and still have not recieved my order.
I have called several times, and have left one voicemail requesting an update. As of today I have not been able to talk to anyone about this issue.

After Ben finally contacted me and understood I was upset with his company he agreed to re-ship my order. I asked for the item to arrive on 5/28/2010 and he did just that. I am satisfied with this transaction.
