Here is my open letter to supervisor Ms. Katherine Can of insuranceexpress.com ; I had expressed about not being paid months after my resignation, and the action that I took because of this. Dear Ms. Can, My name is A*** O******* and I am a former employee of Loud Cloud 9/Insurance Express.com Back in about September or October 2014, I had worked for your company for just one day. I had advised you via email that I had resigned. You had advised me that I will get my pay either by check or direct deposit. When about more than 2 weeks after I had resigned with your company had lapsed, I called you and advised you that I still have not gotten paid. You told me that you would see about getting the funds direct deposited to my account. A few days after our conversation I had filed an unpaid wage claim with the Texas Workforce Commission. The Texas Workforce Commission stated to me that your company had not responded to their correspondence although I had provided them with your company's address. Currently they are working on my unpaid wage claim against your company (as we speak). I am to the point of where I should inquire about hiring an attorney to get this issue resolved. Seriously...months have passed and I had not been paid for that one day? Why have your company go through the trouble with legal manners over a small amount that you guys owe me? Ms. Can...let's be professional. All that I ask is that you send me the following(mailing address below email) ...and once I receive these in my hands, I promise you that I will cancel the unpaid wage claim against your company. 1.) My paycheck for the time worked. 2.) My 2014 W2. If your company still refuses to send those to me, please feel free to review the attachment below this email and employers responding to unpaid wage claims. Also, the picture below this email is proof that I had filed my unpaid wage claim against "Insurance Express/Loud Cloud 9" with the Texas Workforce Commission. I urge you to read the message on the picture carefully. Thank you for your cooperation. PS: My mailing address is as follows...  Hi! I was paid by LCN about 4-6 weeks ago! With mich digging and calling them back, I finally got my check! A woman named Jenn was kind enough to help me in my situation. I would avoid Katherine Can like the plague since she has a tough time following up with people. I had cancelled my claim through the wage claim department! We are all good now! -Happy Ex Employee-
