We sent the results to this person 3 times and the customer needed up receiving all of them after checking there Spam bin, we received all complaints but the customers Spam bin ate all of them We do not understand why a compliant would be issued on our company when the customer provided us a bogus phone number and there was no way to contact her other than the email address where all of our messages were sent to a Spam filter.. We made every attempt to get the emails and the customer finally apologized.. Integrascan

Dk, I currently work for a background check company and pending charges will not show in a database. Counties are only required to forward on convictions within a certain period of time (this time varies per state law.) This helps prevent employers and even the public from making any bias decisions based on pending charges. (Innocent until proven guilty.) It's actually a positive thing that your pending charge did not show up. Also, if you are convicted, it could take 30-90 days for that information to appear within the database you are searching. Hope this helps.
