Verizon allows "miscellaneous charges" without prior authorization. This allows the phone bill to be "crammed."
Integretel, Inc. acts as a conduit to bill third party charges in this manner. In this case, they posted for SBA Online Inc., two monthly $29.95 charges for "ISPMthF" (whatever that is).
A call to SBA Online resulted in their hanging up on me. Verizon "sent the charge back" to SBA Online (so they could bill me directly if they choose to).
-- The FCC said SBA Online is not regulated by them.
-- The FTC accepted my complaint (877) 382-4357
-- Verizon agreed to block "Miscellaneous Charges" without authorization.
-- The VA Corporation Commission took my complaint (800) 552-7945
