Integretel Inc. RIPOFF!!! BEWARE San Jose California
When reviewing my phone bill, I noticed four 900 charges on my bill which totaled $90+. I called and asked the company for some type of verification for the charges, i/e a voice recording agreeing to the charges, but they had none. They said they were probably made via the internet.. (which we do not have).
The charges are completely false seeing as how they were made on a Wednesday at 8:00am when both my husband and I are at work.. the operator agreed to credit the charges, but warned that the company my seek their money via collections.. I then told her that I have both long distance and 900 block on my account, and that there was absolutely NO WAY that these charges were valid.
She told me it could have been due to telephone traffic and my phone service may need repair, and that also, some 900 numbers can't be blocked, but without proof from the phone company that there were telephone problems, the charges would be sought after for collection. DEFINITELY BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!!
