Integretel Inc Fraudulent billing (cramming) San Jose California
On 10/02/2002 (billing date 10/15/2002), Integretel Inc. charged $12.95 (plus taxes, $14.12 total) to my Pac Bell phone bill without my permission. I contacted them on or about 10/21/2002 to dispute this charge. They told me that I would receive a credit on my next phone bill and that they would not longer charge to my phone bill.
On 10/30/2002 (billing date 11/15/2002), they charged another $12.95 without my permission and I did not receive a credit for the previous charged. I contacted them again on or about 11/21/2002 and they again told me that the credit would appear on my next bill and they would no longer charge to my phone bill.
On 12/04/2002 (billing date 12/16/2002), they charged another $12.95 without my permission and I finally received a credit for the 10/02/2002 charge. I contacted them on or about 12/20/2002 and they told me that the remaining refund would appear on my next phone bill and that they would no longer charge to my phone bill. I have yet to see the remaining refund.
Integretel Inc. still owes me another $25.90 and they are committing fraud against me by charging to my phone bill without my permission. I have also filed complaints with: the Better Business Bureau, the FCC and the Department of Consumer Affairs.

An Agent Mccoyd call me and told me that i had won 350,000.00 and that i needed to send 4200.00 for insurance to make sure that the check would get to me,but i told him that i did not have 4200.00.So he suggested 765.00 which he had me to send it to a Rosa Mairena at 121 main street in San Jose Costa Rica which i did and i never receive my check so i am going to make sure that justice will be serve because this happen in December of 2003 close to christmas and i have 4 kids that had a bad christmas. They telephone number is 408-333-9381 they call themselves cpa or american direct agencies.
