You most likely have a virus on your computer that has installed a dialer. This allows the hijacker to use your dial-up connection to make 900 calls, international calls and web subscriptions and bill them to your phone number. As far as your phone company is concerned it looks like you made the call. Dont believe a word that Integretel says. They know what is going on and continue to send you a bill. Don't pay these unauthorized charges! As long as you dispute them, they can be reversed. Please report Integretel to your states Public Utility Commission, the FTC, the Better Business Bureau, or the Attorney Generals Office. Place a 900 blocker on your phone service. You may have to purchase Anti-virus protection to debug your system. There is some good free software out there...check out AVG Free Antivirus from www.grisoft.com also Ad-Aware SE Personal from Lavasoft. Both of these are available to download on-line and have worked for me. Good Luck
