Integretel ripoff on my verizon phone bill San Fransisco California
they said i signed up for this service on the internet-they had all my personal information also, was on a web sight that my neighbor sent me for 1000 worth of groceries. you had list of different things to do and i signed up for a chase master card.
not this, we are retired and this so called service would never interest me as we are on a limited income plus I am handicapped and would be of no use to me. I called them and they are supposed to credit my phone bill for this month. 14.12 but not sept. bill of 16.30 . they must have got my information from the web sight.
they said i received an email for the so called 1000 in groceries and i never received anything like that in my emails. this is a rip off for sure. taking advantage of innocent people. these people must be stopped. I WANT ALL OUR MONEY RETURNED. I would not sign up for this as my phone bill is high enough. thank you
