Maybe this info will help you get your money back. I spoke with a costomer supervisor named Keith and he said he would send a refund. Watch out for $1000 free grocery coupons. Americom Technologies, Inc., d/b/a Network Utilization Services po box 990-165 Boston Massachusetts 02199 U.S.A. Company is notorious for cramming. Adds voicemail to phone bill without permission. Tries to cover up identity by using multiple business names. Company maybe owned and operated by GE American Communications, Inc. (GE Americom) and Columbia Communications Corporation. Charged me $32.59 and $12.95 before I could stop them.
