Integrity Auto Repair Auto Repair Fraudster! Chicago Illinois
Integrity Auto Repair is a scam auto repair facility located in the Pilsen area of Chicago. We took our Mercedes in for repair after the dealer told us we needed suspension work pans our late model Mercedes was unsafe to drive. a friend told us to try Integrity Auto Repair. We paid just over $1,000 to this shop to do the repairs the dealer said we needed. Upon picking up the vehicle the wheel still felt like it was going to fall off. The manager, "Rusty" told us to come back next week as he was too busy...(these guys have a lot of expensive cars there so this was understandable. Meanwhile, we feared for our safety and went back to the dealer who maintained none of the repairs were actually done. A detective took pictures, we have filed a complaint with the BBB and the Attorney Generals office. This was a pure scam.
It's a shame that these guys would risk my family's safety over $1,000 true lowlife crooks!
I passed by again recently and noticed all the expensive cars are gone. It appears that many are on to this guys scam.

This person writing this report is not a customer of ours. He is a manager of another repair shop somewhere in western ave. I only know this because he also wrote and slandered other repair shops by us. He will not respond to the other comments we wrote to all the other sites he is slandering us on.

Please contact us because everything you have stated on here is FALSE. Please provide your receipt and any general information so we can pull up your R.O. We will NEVER charge for a job that is incomplete and you as an owner of the vehicle will need to approve any repair done or not done to the car.
This sounds more of scam on your end. If we do not hear from you by July 12, 2013, we will be forced to have your IP address traced and reported for Defamation.
We at Integrity do not "Scam" and we will not charge a customer if a job cannot be done. Please refrain from spreading these accusations when they are not true.
Our phone number is 773-267-6514. And if you were a customer of ours, feel free to stop by our shop also and bring all your documentation.
And we have NO RECORD of your vehicle recenlty being repaired at the shop or near the "$1k" that you paid.
We erge you to stop by the shop and show us proof along with any documentation that we even worked on your car! Notice how long we have been around and you are the ONE person that has said anything bad about us.
Your dealer that told you the information has no affiliation w/ our shop. So for them to say that "the job wasn't done" is complete BS.
