Integrity Sales ripoff Glendale Arizona
Just wanted to put my two cents in on Integrity Sales LLC. A young man named Chris came to my door selling magazines. He said nobody wants magazines so how about donating a couple to be sent to our U.S. Troops overseas. Great! (I thought) So I chose one. He asked me to rewrite my check because I had put "magazines for US Troops" in the memo section. I should have stopped there, but I wrote another one. After he left I did some research on the net. According to the FTC, door to door peddlers must disclose the refund/cancellation policy of 3day rescission for any sale over $25. This was not done and that in itself is illegal. What a nasty company, and what horrible people, Robert Spruiell and Karleen Hillery aka; Kay Lane, Karlene Lane, Karlene Humphries, Karleen Pierce, Britney Rrenee Hillery or Erica Brooks Hillery). Quite the pair those two, exploiting children, getting them to lie (is that how they give these kids their second chance to become productive citizens)! Chris' picture is on their website. Nice kid, too bad. So, I cancelled my check, sent an email to Integrity and filed a complaint with the BBB. Tomorrow I will file a complaint with my local police department and am preparing a community information story for our local newspaper, so hopefully they won't come back here.
