Complaint Review: Integrity Sales - Phoenix Arizona

I worked for Integrity sales. I started by calling a number in my local newspaper and the next day i was off to denver CO. I was told that i would have a $500 sign on bonus and be home in a few weeks What a lie that was. I arrived by bus to Denver from Indianapolis and waited to be picked up. They picked me up and were really nice...at first. i got to the hotel were Mark Torq was my manager and filled out some paperwork, NO TAX DOCUMENTATIONS, and was told to head to my room to take a shower and get ready to go eat. They never came to get me. I was tired and went to sleep that night only to be awoken by the smell of Marijuana and alcohol. I was sharing a room with to 18 year old boys and we had One guy that would check in on us kinda like a supervisor..I heard the knok on the door and it was him. he said nothing about the pot or acohol and even smoked some himself! i was in disbelief me being against any form of underage or illegal substance abuse. I asked one of my roommates Dan if he was going to get into trouble and he replied :no man they don't care, they even supply us sometimes." Thats when i had had enough. I wanted to go home and forget this ever happened but i had to go to work. I got dressed and got my Sales book and we headed off in a hot Van with about 8 of us in it. we made periodic stops to drop off a sales person at different various locations and i was the last and paired up with my other roomate who's name was also Dan. As we approached the first house i asked him what we were supposed to say and he said just LIE,make up a sob story or something like a school trip. I don't lie and i was more frustrated than ever because that was the initial part of the job as i was being told. The next morning we were supposed to leave for St. Louis and i wanted to go home. I was overwhelmed with homesickness and disbelief. I walked into Mark Torq's office and told him that the job wasnt for me and began to cry. HE just got angry and started yelling and cursing at me telling me things like "we have spent so much F*ucking money on bringing you out here " and "you only worked for one day." I just agreed and mark sent me to the lobby of the hotel we were at to be picked up by his secretary and be takien back to the bus station. I had no money,No food, and was quite scared. I called Mark when i got to the bus station to get the confirmation code for the bus ticket. he awnsered and told me to find my own effing way home. I then began to plead with him and beg him to send me home. after alot of no's and too bads i got angry and told him i would report him for his unstable work conditions,providingdrugs and acohol to minors, and tax fraud. He then got hesitant and told me to call back in 5 minutes. I waited and then called back He said that i was the biggest pain in the a*s and that he will be sueing me for breaking contract and all this other stuff but i got my ticket and had a 24 hour layover until i could even start to come home. All and all i am the victim and i know there are more out there than just me.. We need to take this company down and Mark torq and family need to go to prision for the rest of their lives. Ashley I know this is you. LET IT BE KNOWN: THESE MAGAZINE KIDS WILL DO WHATEVER IT TAKES FOR A SALE! I do not blame the employees. Most are either mislead by the ads in the papers who recruit the poor things, or are on the run from the law. You, Ashley, are wanted in Michigan for theft, among other things. Ken Kanther has 4 children all by different women, and is disregarding them all so he can go door to door and lie to people to get sales. Ken Kanther is a drug addict. He smokes crack cocaine and will do whatever. He was arrested in Boston, MA for stealing over 1,000$ from somebody whose door he knocked on. David Samson has stolen narcotic painkillers from customers' houses while using their' bathroom. I know because he shared them with me. Most of these magazine agents have drug and legal issues. they do not care about you, they do NOT stick to the training, and the managers KNOW IT. they steal from people, they lie and cheat their' way into you giving them money. I worked with Integrity Sales under Jessi Malone (look her up, see what THAT says) and Ryan Atkins (another worth googling). These two are disgusting. They are manipulative and very demanding. They do not care what you do to get your sales, they are the ones making the money!!! Robert Spruiell (the owner of this so called "amazing program to help kids") drives a d**n BENTLEY. He also owns a huge house in Arizona, a place in Hawaii, and he made it all from these kids going out and doing these horrible things to get money to give to HIM!! DO NOT BUY FROM MAGAZINE AGENTS! it ruined it for the REAL neighborhood kids who have to do this and depend on you. these people just go get high and drunk everynight then wake up the next day and find somewhere else to go terrorize and rip off. its REDICULOUS. i want people to help me take this organization down. it is slavery and it is dishonest in many senses of the word. ASHLEY WHITVOE YOU WERE MY TRAINER AND WE TORE THE COUNTRY'S SOUTHSIDE A NEW A-HOLE TOGETHER. GET OUT OF THAT s**t, GO BE A MODEL OR A DANCER OR AN ARTIST OR SOMETHING. THIS WILL BRING YOU STRAIGHT TO HELL.

Thats cute good for you dude. You think im still an agent... i spent this morning on a sunny beach sipping cocktails on an island outside of san diego with my toes in the warm sand. Ive had a car , I'm lovin life right now. yesterday i did the same . im already agent and trainer of the year and won my 2nd trip..
