I hired intelesure in March to run a campaign for home security appointments in April. Using the same scripts that are used by new salespeople or outsourced third party dialers, we are typically able to see a return of about 1 appointment set for everyone 100 calls made. I was told that with their dialer they would be able to make about 3,000 calls, which is far more efficient than what I can do manually so it seemed like a great fit.  Based on that number and our normal return, I figured we should be able to get at least 10 appointments out of the deal, but best case upwards of 30.  Again, this is the same script that has been tested over and over with similar results.

After going completely through the campaign, several problems arose.  First, I was told that I would have access to reports daily. However, after the calls started I was told that the system was down. I had to request my reports daily as they weren't sent to me unless I asked for them.  How would I know I had appointments without reports? About midway through the campaign, they finally had the online access setup so I could access the reports. In general response times were long and it was different to acquire what I needed to know in order to see what was happening with my account.  Not to mention, I wanted the 51 hours used in one week, and it took about 3 weeks to use the hours.  

After the entire campaign was completed, I was left with ZERO leads for a total cost of about $1700. ZERO! How is that even possible? My call times were even during the peak hours of 3 PM to 8 PM, so it wasn't due to the time of day. Did they even try to set appointments? Even on the worst day, I could still get 1 out of 150-200 calls. But they couldn't even set a single appointment with 3,000 calls.

I have use several appointment setting services and the worst return before this was 8 appointments off of 50 hours of calling... and that was with a call center based out of India, so I already had lower expectations from it. Intelesure is based in the United States so they have no reason to produce ZERO appointments.

I would definitely avoid Intelesure in the future and highly recommend you do the same. I can honestly say that between the lack of communication and inability to perform, it definitely seems like their results are manufactured. I seriously question whether any actual phone calls were placed.
