Intelius Use this "priority" phone number to contact Intelius for a refund. Internet
Call Intelius at 866-974-6187 to get a refund. Unlike their "general" phone number, there is no waiting to talk to their representative. I had the same thing happen where I was charged $19.95 for an Identity thingy that I did not order.
I emailed them and they said there would be no further charges. I found out that this $19.95 is a monthly fee, not just a one-time fee. So they never said they would remove the original $19.95. Very sneaky!
Their email did say I had a "priority" customer service phone number to use, which is the one above. I called that number and didn't have to wait and they agreed to remove the original bogus $19.95.
